This is an interim notice describing how the systems handle data as designed and operated on the date above. The full PDPA-compliant policy is under legal review and will replace this page. Until then, this page is what we hold ourselves to.

1. หลักที่ใช้กับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ / Principles that apply to every product

ประมวลผลบนเครื่องก่อน — ข้อมูลอ่อนไหวจะประมวลผลบนโทรศัพท์ของผู้ใช้เมื่อทำได้ และส่งขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์เฉพาะส่วนที่จำเป็นต่อฟีเจอร์ที่ผู้ใช้เลือกใช้เท่านั้น
ON-DEVICE FIRST — sensitive data is processed on the user's phone where possible; only what a chosen feature needs is sent to a server.
AI ร่าง มนุษย์ตัดสิน — ผลลัพธ์ที่มีผลทางกฎหมายหรือความปลอดภัยทุกชิ้นต้องผ่านการตรวจทานและลงนามโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่รับผิดชอบ
AI DRAFTS, HUMAN DECIDES — every output with legal or safety consequence is reviewed and signed by an accountable expert.

2. ข้อมูลที่แต่ละแอปจัดการ / What each app handles

SafeRadar saferadar.ai	ภาพ/วิดีโอหน้างาน ใบเตือน ตำแหน่ง (เมื่อผู้ใช้เปิด) — เบลอใบหน้าเปิดไว้เป็นค่าเริ่มต้นก่อนส่งภาพ Worksite images/video, alerts, location (if the user enables it) — face blur is on by default before any image is sent.	ภาพหลักฐานที่ส่งแล้วเก็บบนคลาวด์ที่บริษัทควบคุม ผูกกับองค์กร การแจ้งเตือนผ่าน LINE ส่งไปยังบัญชีที่องค์กรกำหนดเท่านั้น Submitted evidence is stored per organisation on company-controlled cloud; LINE alerts go only to accounts the organisation designates.
ErgoSafety ergosafety.ai	วิดีโอท่าทำงานและคะแนนการยศาสตร์ — วิดีโอไม่ออกจากโทรศัพท์ ส่งขึ้นแดชบอร์ดองค์กรเฉพาะตัวเลขคะแนนเมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกซิงก์ Task video and ergonomic scores — video never leaves the phone; only numeric scores are sent to the organisation dashboard, and only when the user chooses to sync.	ตัวเลขคะแนนที่ซิงก์แล้วเก็บบนคลาวด์ที่บริษัทควบคุม ผูกกับองค์กร Synced scores are stored per organisation on company-controlled cloud.

3. การส่งข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดน / Cross-border transfer

บางฟีเจอร์ AI ใช้ผู้ให้บริการประมวลผลที่ตั้งอยู่นอกประเทศไทย เมื่อฟีเจอร์นั้นต้องส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลออกนอกประเทศ ระบบจะขอความยินยอมอย่างชัดเจนก่อนในแอป และผู้ใช้สามารถปฏิเสธได้โดยยังใช้ฟีเจอร์ที่ประมวลผลบนเครื่องต่อไปได้
Some AI features use processing providers located outside Thailand. Where a feature must send personal data abroad, the app asks for explicit consent first; declining still leaves on-device features available.

4. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล / Your rights

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตามกฎหมาย คำขอจากพนักงานที่ใช้งานผ่านองค์กร โดยทั่วไปจะดำเนินการร่วมกับองค์กรนั้นในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection as provided by law. Requests from employees using the apps through their organisation are normally handled together with that organisation as data controller.
